Cruisher is an alien fighter from Universe Nine. He was elected as a Ninth Universe competitor in the the second Tournament of Destroyers Universe match between Universes nine and seven. Unlike most fighters from his universe, he is no power hungry pushover, infact, he is self-appointed peace keeper. He is also Universe nine's strongest fighter, he is easily capable of taking out a single ordinary fighter in one fowl swoop. Cruisher is durable, strong, and extremely fast. His powers include the ability to fire razor sharp energy beams from his hand, creating small earthquakes by slamming his hands on the ground, and his signature move, the Sonic Speed Beam. He performs this move by building up sound waves in the pink dome on his head, converting them into energy, and firing it out of his head in the form of a fast moving purple beam surrounded be sonic waves. The beam's movement is connected to him mind so, when he fires, he change the direction of where the beam is going, so it hits its mark exactly where it is when he sees it..

From one point of view, Cruisher may seem intimidating, but deep down, he really just cares deeply about those he protects and fights for, and lives by a strong code of honor.

During the second Tournament of Destroyers, Cruisher is his team's final fighter, used as their secret weapon. His opponent will be the grand daughter of Goku, Pan.
