Blizzard, the ruler of the cliff area in the north of the new Urth. He is an ancient god who was frozen in a glacier for eons, when the Urth continents were rearranged he was roused from his sleep to protect the now helpless humans from the likes of his arch enemy DIABLO. He is something of a father figure not only to his human followers but to his fellow good gods, his closest friend and ally is ARMADON, the two have fought the evil of Diablo and vertigo numerous times.
