To tell you the truth the Heisei era of g-films was not exactly what i would call cinematic greatness, but there were some bright spots to it though. The Mechagodzilla was one such thing i liked, it is without a doubt the best representation or version of the kaiju to date, i mean it was just so fluid in its look but i would have made it more self sufficent like the showa but, what ya gonna do I often wonder if Toho's higher ups are Chimps who just bang on typewriters or if they are just idiots wait til my next journal on this subject.
