Well i know it doesnt make sence but they gave them Alaska (Its just a that when i played plague inc evolved and there was a news about the USA giving them Alaska) and now i can already see the angry Alaskian people that gonna loose their weapons because of are guns laws

I've always thought that Canada would make more sense as Alaska's owner, but alas, politics intervene. The Russian Empire, which had just fought the British and lost in the Crimean War, certainly wasn't about to sell it to them, and everyone else was too far away to want to buy it. That just left the United States, and the rest is (literally) history.
