It is time for you to explain yourself.
After destroying all shrines, Shitsuren now stands face to face with Raaga...
"Lord Raaga, there is nothing I can say that would ever excuse, or could explain my behavior. Do know however, that I never ever meant to hurt your biome or anyone. You will not resist any punishment you choose for me, I fully understand that I deserve it"
Raaga, gives Shitsuren a stern look which, only for a moment, turns into an angry look... He recognizes that Shitsuren truly meant no harm, that she is nothing but a hurt and lost esk.
"You have indeed done wrong and at this time there is nothing you can do to make that up. However, there is tomorrow and many days after that, in which you can make amends for the wrong you have done. From now on, you are one of mine, you shall serve me and my mountains. Protect and care for the place you have hurt. May this new form of yours assist you in doing so and help you find your place in this world."
Shitsuren couldn't believe what she just heard, Raaga would not punish her as she has imagined, but gave her the chance to finally free herself from the place she hated so much. She couldn't be more grateful and she swore to herself that she would watch over the mountain biome for the rest of her time.
"Lord Raaga, with my very being, I will protect and watch over your biome, thank you."
Giving a close look at Shitsuren's new form, he saw potential in her being, yet he wanted to make sure she wouldn't stray and succumb to her inner sadness again.
"Your task is not an easy one, but I believe you can master it. I have bestowed a curse upon you, you can see it as a punishment, or a challenge to grow. How you handle it, determines who you will become."
Shitsuren raised her head and gave Raaga one last nod, before leaving to her new home.

Gosh, this picture is so pretty! I love the composition that you chose with this one, it works so beautifully to showcase both Raaga and Shitsuren. The expression on Raaga's face and the way his fur falls is probably one of my favorite parts of this piece, it just makes him look so regal and unique. ;___; and the way you used that palette is lovely, too!
I have to agree with everyone else, Amai: I love that you've used this event to further Shitsuren's story. ;0; Her new form is just so cool and so beautiful, especially in that stunning silhouette! It's so cool to be able to see her grow and change during the event, and how much it's impacted her and her story. I can't wait to see more of her and how the rest of her story unfolds!

This is so cool!!! The tf integrates sooo well with the lore and the story, the writing is so nice, the picture and Shitsuren's penitence are so well portrayed and so pretty to look at! The new form is *awesome* and I am already hungry for more of this new kid! SO GOOD. And the palette is used so well, I couldn't even tell you were confined to one. Just. Great. Magnificently great.
