Hello,changed Amai a little since last time.
(only people from my LJ will mostlikey know how she used to look)
This is the first time I tried to draw my Anthro just with animals/creatures that I really like. Β΄Before I always had a creature form first of which the Anthro was based of. I only left the colors the same as her creature/beast self.
I really like how this turned out.
Animals I tried to use - Cat Racoon Tanuki/Racoon Dog (and some Kyubiiness in her. But not really in her physical appereance)

This is a bit of a change from your normal anthro style- I have to say, it works really well! Although I do miss the purple markings in a way- will you keep those as an alternate form? Good job with getting a feline facial structure down, by the way!

Its really hard to create a feline face structure.
especially when it shouldnt be all the way feline but should look like one XD

yeah, i kinda miss them too.
but would it make any sense if i say they were kinda childish?
dont know how to put. i just didnt have a connection to those colors anymore.
and these colors fit a lot better to me. these colors are just more neutral. i feel a lot more comfterable (sp?) with them. and just feel a much bigger connection (maybe because these colors were always kinda apealing to me?). Purple and black is hard to combine and make it look real and natural on a Anthro.
I think it's different on a creature. Sorry XD dont really know how to explain myself XD I also think the way the old Amai had her purple markings wasnt very realistic somehow.
But she has a different Form (Akuma. i think i showed you a ref before? and Sin/eelsleeves drew him too) he has a little pink XD

Yeah,
Akuma is kind of a different form of Amai.
Sort of a evil or demon form. something like that (thats why the name Akuma =o)
