Impressive looking indeed, quite the impressive looking creature. Those wings are quite impressive looking, and his hands are quite creepy, like the villain Emplate from Marvel comics. The armoured body ad claws are very cool as well.

This is going up there with Moratitan and Torrentula as my favorite of the lot. His story is fairly intriguing, and his design is very minimalist. It has a lot of texture, as all of your art does, but the design has only what it needs. It's basically short-tailed lizardman with dragon wings and palm-mouths, and that's really all it needs to be.
All that said, stylistically, I feel like he should invoke Dracula a little more. Less in his anatomy than his body language. A higher held head, slicked back mane, a smug, snakier expression....

I like the eyes on the wings. Reminds me of moths. A little redundant though to me in terms of design. Hope to see some more diversity again soon. The art is amazing though.
