Three words. Absolute Zero Beam. The beam fired from his chest that can freeze anything to brittle point. Ouroboros is vulnerable to cold weapons.

I clean forgot about the Absolute Zero Beam! Also, it kinda makes sense since Ouroboros is a snake and snakes, like most other reptiles, don't like the cold.

While it was mentioned a fair bit, it was only used about all of three times in Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla. So I'm not surprised that one would forget about it.
And yep, hence, why I said Kiryu would be a dangerous opponent to her. At least, before the upgrades that replace the beam with a triple maser and give him a hand that can turn into a drill. The Super X III would also be a dangerous weapon, given it's equipped with a Zero Beam itself, and freeze missiles. And since we're talking about it, the Gotengo would be another, given it has a Zero Beam itself as Manda found out in Final Wars. Heck, any incarnation of the universe that a Destoroyah appeared in would be likely to be outfitted with freeze weapons.
