In this Kaiju fighting game that was being made by former developers of the Pipeworks Godzilla trilogy, Red was going to be featured alongside Solomon and other original Kaiju. Unfortunately, the game was canned before that could happen.

to make this, especially if it means I get to see Nemesis, Robot Daughter
and Red on screen at the same time. That would be more of a
kaiju wet dream than a Godzilla vs Batman remake! Also, why is
it called the Shadow of Red and not just Red? Is Red still dead
(hey I did a thing), or is Red in his final form, and the shadow
is the one that transforms?

I actually have the explanation taken from the link provided in the post thankfully enough.
"Red and Solomon's titanic clash was so powerful that it scattered their essences - manifesting shadows of them across time and dimensions. These lifeless shades play out the ancient conflict between these two combatants over and over, in different ways and formats. Our star has attracted one Shadow of the residual energy left by Red and Solomon's battle, which has come nearest to our world has assumed a fully physical form. This means it can be fought and defeated by other physical beings. But Red's malignancy will echo on, even if the Shadow of Red were to be defeated and removed from our space."
So basically, it's a trace of energy that has formed into its own creature.

Actually, not quite. You see, the concept of Red is that he's a demon who has taken the form of a Kaiju in Godzilla: Monster of Monsters which as a concept is actually generic enough to where they can transplant it proper into a Kaiju fighting game without any reference to Godzilla.

Everyone remain calm! This isn't the REAL Red. It clearly says it's his Shadow. Hence the name "Shadow of Red". Red died but his Shadow seemed to have remained after his death. So his Shadow now free he might just carry out Red's work. Making people scared ****less and making people run away. I really hope I got all that right

The bony colors on his legs and tail should be replaced with a dark grey or black and his eyes should mostly stay black, unless he's firing his inferno blast. Can't wait to see him ingame.
