Description
Reptile MonsterZILLA
HEIGHT: 50 meters
MASS: 15,000 metric tons
BIO:
In the bleary summer of 1998, thunderous footsteps shook the streets of New York City, and a shrieking roar shattered windows. Buildings were smashed, landmarks pulverized, fish trucks....eaten?
Headlines blared "GODZILLA TAKES A BITE OUT OF THE BIG APPLE!," "KING OF THE MONSTERS IN NYC!," and vendors lined the streets selling shirts declaring "Godzilla Was Here!" and photographs were taken in the massive footprints left in the monster's wake.
Of course, within days, it was all too obvious that Godzilla had NOT attacked New York, had NOT dug tunnels throughout the city, laid 100 eggs in Madison Square Garden, or died from 6 Tomahawk missles on the Brooklyn Bridge. It was instead a beast later known as "Zilla," or "Godzilla In Name Only" by the Kaiju Zoological and Enthusiast community, had chosen the metropolis as a place to lay its eggs and find food (WHY is subject to question). Despite the fact that the King of the Monsters had NOT died at the hands of the US Airforce, they sure liked to believe he did, and the announcements to the contrary were severely downplayed in the media.
Regardless, Biologist Nick Tatopolous knew that there was a very, VERY good chance that not all of the creature's eggs were destroyed in the blast that obliterated the nest. Leading a small search party, Nick discovered a lone egg. Hatching and imprinting on the scientist, "Zilla Jr," as it came to be nicknamed, began to follow Nick with incredible loyalty and intelligence, proving itself to be not only an efficient and agile fighter, but a benevolent kaiju at that.
The real question remained, however, as to where the original came from. That answer came in the form of Phillip Roche, and his protege', Monique Dupre. Part of a French Special Forces sector, the two were charged by their superiors to "clean up a mess" left from a series of experiments conducted in French Polynesia, were 5 "G-Cell Mutations" had escaped after a catastrophic accident (it is believed that S.C.A.L.E., a pro-kaiju rights organization/eco terrorist cell, was involved in these events). Nick Tatopolous, forming the H.E.A.T. team, hunted down all the remaining mutations, with Zilla's help, of course.
After a particularly traumatic event in Alaska, Zilla was later taken to Monster Island, where he would spend the remainder of his life...MOST of it, anyway...
ABILITIES/ASPECTS:
- Can run at 200 MPH
- Burrowing ability rivals Baragon's
- Can spit radiation-charged fire
- Very light healing factor
- Razor-whip tail
- Agility makes up for lack of resistance to heavy weapon fire

This is awsome! You should also do Cyber-zilla and Baby Zilla too. Also, what class is Zilla(assuming it's Zilla Jr.) beast, warrior or god.

Actually, Zilla does not have Godzilla's roar, if you listen to Godzilla's roar, and then Zilla's, you will here a difference. In fact, Godzilla's roar is actually the sound of a leather glove being rubbed against a violin, Zilla's roar is just the sound of a loud grunt that's bean computerized.

Yeah I was talking about the 98 version, the roar is different but you have to list to them right after one another otherwise you wont here it.

Might I say something, the Final Wars Zilla fight wasn't a fight at all. It was just a stupid movement of monsters made by ToHo studios. This is how it went.
Zilla lone gets beamed down.
Zilla and Godzilla roar.
Godzilla breaths atomic breath.
Zilla to leap into the air rather than fight.
Godzilla knocks the basicaly floating Zilla into the opera house.
Rather than run into the ocean and escape during the 3 seconds for Godzilla to charge he just lays there and Godzilla blast him.
Godzilla would win but the fight would be much more impressive. ToHo just made Zilla weak because of the negative fan reactions.
Zilla may not be as powerful as Godzilla but he is still awesome. Personaly I think Zilla would have a chance against Mothra.

this is a very well desingened version of zilla he may not be godzilla but lets just take him as a new monster ok godzilla rules hes the best but take it easy on zilla oh and btw the fight between zilla and godzilla was short only because the japanese people wanted to show how much the hated the us version of godzilla(zilla). other than that keep up the good work

I love Zilla, sadly just not this Zilla. I dunno if its the perspective or what, but he doesn't look like Zilla, he looks like a "Jay Leno iguana". T_T Just too bad he doesn't look as awesome as the actual neo Godzilla.

This Godzilla is what inspired me to write a story of the alien version. My version of the monster is only 6 to 7ft tall, super intelligent, has special powers like Fire Ice Earth Lightning and so on. His race is 200 years more advanced than Earth and they are united on a planetary scale. If the monster Godzilla and my version of him got in a fight, the monster would loose.

i think of it like this. zilla is a clone of godzilla who was genetically modifyed to be faster but weaker than the actual godzilla. they thought that speed wins over strenght but, in godzillas world strenght always wins

I always liked Zilla despite the fan outcry. The movie may have been throwing the usual goji out the window, but I see as a either an AU or just a mistake calling him Godzilla. The series follow up was a bit better, almost like the old showa/heisei movies with a small bit of the Hanna Barbara cartoon (crews following the Goji/Zilla, fighting monsters) I was disappointed with the fight between the two in Final wars, I know Toho wanted to please the fans but 8 seconds? Blegh Oh well.
Go Zilla!!

This guy was my 1st Kaiju Monster when I 1st saw him in cinemas for my birthday and it was awsome. To me it was alot better than the old Godzilla movies and its cartoon was great fighting all those monsters like the Crackler and the Silver Hydra, He even fought the Loch Ness Monster! That to me is is so much more awsome than what the old Godzilla could ever do.

Who would win a fight between Zilla, Peter Jackson's King Kong and that Cloverfield monster? My moneys on Zilla.

1) In 1954, Toho creates Godzilla, launching one of the most successful movie franchises ever.
2) Toho ends franchise in 1995.
3) Toho realizes the big G has alot of western fans, and hands over the rights to Godzilla to Tristar to make an American remake.
4) Tristar abuses their privileges and completely RAPES Godzilla's name.
5) Toho gets totally pissed off, and in retaliation, launches the Millennium Series.
6) Toho officially, OFFICIALLY renames the monster Zilla, and ends the bastard once and for all by having Godzilla fry him in the movie "Godzilla: Final Wars"
GET IT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Toho never renamed the kaiju "Zilla" from 1998. it's still trademarked as Godzilla.
Also, you need to learn to let things go. G98 was 21 years ago, time to move on.
Plus, his son had a great cartoon.

I can see you're basing this version of Zilla off the cartoon series more than the movie. Which is good since the cartoon series made him more similar to Godzilla than the movie did.
AWESOME detail. I cherish work like this. ^^

Zilla is awesome in his own right. Instead of dissing him, we should diss Dean Devlin for calling the movie Godzilla. If the movie had been called anything else, people would have loved it. Though Godzilla is still stronger, he's not better. Zilla is far more faster than the King of Monsters.
Also, I've come up with 2 nicknames for Zilla: The Speed King & The False King. What do you think of them?
