I know this comment is 1 year old,but I will answer. They said that they wanted to avenge Mothra and all she stood for, which is human,for "killing" their parents. I understand how it feels to loose someone you love unexpectedly in front of your eyes,but that still won't justify their murderous crimes,especially when Motra didn't see them there

So, i'm a little confused. They did try to get the kamacurus to kill their parents, only for Mothra to get in the way, right? Even though it looks like they partially succeeded?

Kamacurus attacked, but Mothra intervened. Unfortunately the gust of wind from Mothra's wings killer her by accident. Hence the girls have a deep hatred for Mothra.

Okay. Maybe i was wrong about them trying to kill their parents or something. Or maybe they just hate Mothra for killing mummy, and taking that chance away. But i could be wrong, so i'm not gonna try to think too hard about it.

They said it changed them. That means, or implies, that those two weren't evil in the beginning. When they saw Mothra, the monster Goddess of peace, kill their mother darkness seeped into their hearts and filled their heads with malice.

Yeah, i get that now. Let's just say a friend of mine said something similar, and changed my perspective on this scene. So yes, i can see now why they hate Mothra, and see that this is where they turned evil. Still hope they get what they deserve though.

I hope they are able to see the light and forgo their wicked ways, because now I feel bad about them. They didn't want to be evil, they were sort of...forced into it (for lack of a better word).

Well, if someone like both Battra AND Belvera could see the error of their ways, then i'm open to the idea of them doing it, too. I mean, sure i'd like to see them get some kind of comeuppance, but i guess i can go for them having some kind of redemption, since as i now see, and some like you pointed out, they weren't always evil, and simply had cruel fate thrust upon them that made them into this. Now it makes me wonder what might happen with Rhizon, considering what's been happening before with the cryog, and Kharkaro.
