This is a legit game run by a well known and very public name who has published this game in news sites EVERYWHERE (that were related) so unless he wanted his career to end with one foul swoop (which would never happen with Simon who is a very cool dude) this is NO scam.
Also, If Matt has been paid by this dude to do all the art do you really think it is a scam? seriously? and not to mention Simon Strange has been very public with how the funds were spent from the LAST TIME kaiju combat tried
