In My Opinion, Kongzilla was created by dr Who (from King Kong Escapes), Β merges with King Kong 05βs DNA and GMK Godzillaβs DNA, Β mash them together into Kongzilla.

Kongzilla, or at least, /this/ Kongzilla, was created by some mad scientist in the aftermath of one of Big G and Kong's fights by using their DNA from little bits of their skin that was laying all over the place. That's coming from the bio thingy on the back of the statue's box.

Actually, it could play as part of an alternate reality from when Godzilla and King Kong faced off against each other in Godzilla vs. King Kong. Like they could have somehow fused after landing in the water.

I Believe its that Warner Bros owns the original King Kong movie while Universal owns everything else for Kong, except for Kong The Animated Series cause it was an unlicensed cartoon. So you got the copyrights down.

So basically Kongzilla is almost invincible: The radioactive powers, healing factor, the combined brute force of both Godzilla and Kong, atomic fire, electric powers, high levels of durability, ability to stay underwater for long periods of time, and a intellegent strategic mind.

Depends how resilient he is to Godzilla's Hyper Spiral Ray and if Godzilla and King Kong (and any other allies) worked together to kill him.
After all, Godzilla has dealt with other creatures using his DNA in one way or another (Biollante, Spacegodzilla, Orga and even Bagan), so I'm sure he'd find a way to best Kongzilla as well.
Also, we don't know what kongzilla's powers are. He might be able to surround his fists in atomic fire (bit like at 0:39 in this - www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbEOCV⦠) but not be able to use the electric powers or atomic breath.
