Matt you should draw a pic of Godzilla as one of the good guys fighting say the largest kaiju, Slattern.
He's the kaiju seen directly above Gypsy Danger. Category 5 kaiju.
Height: 596 feet.
No Toho kaiju has fought anything bigger than King Ghidora before or since.

AWESOME MOVIE, and Slattern is a giant at 600ft. But according to the wiki, he's only about 7,000 tons, which makes him/her/it a lightweight compared to Godzilla (50,000 tons) or King Ghidorah (70,000 tons). Even Mothra weighs 15,000 tons, twice as much as Slattern!

Hell yeah, this is amazing! I'm going to be lining up for the midnight release of Pacific Rim, of course. Which Kaiju are featured here? I think those are Otachi and Leatherback on the bottom, but I'm not familiar with the others...

you're missing the kaiju named Scunner from this poster. He fights gypsy Danger from what I hear, like a big bull against a matador. Gypsy being the matador.

Well, the sequel isn't going to happen if Pacific Rim doesn't do well. It's been getting poor tracking and it's estimated to only make about $150 mil. I'm sure it'll do a lot better than that though, who DOESN'T like monster movies?!

I've been hearing good reviews of it. Sure some say some elements need work, like the scientist characters being too over the top, but other than that it's a very good movie.

Wow, awesome. It's a very neat picture to see a close up of all the different Kaiju in detail like this, the trailers don't give many full shots of what their faces should look like. They are quite some fearsome looking beasties, and the Jaeger is awesome too.

I know I posted a comment on it on your Facebook post, but I think I know what it is that seems 'off' about the pilots.
The angle of Gypsy Danger's head, and the human's don't match. Gypsy's is angled downwards slightly in that determined "I'mma gonna beat you" look while Miko and the other dude's seem to be looking up at an angle. Their shoulders aren't quite a match either.
That's where the off'ness of it is coming from.
Fret not, I'd still buy it if I was going to G Fest though.
