Random thought: Imagine if they remade 1998 Godzilla, but instead, it was Jirass attacking New York City, and we just couldn't tell the difference, and called it Godzilla. At least then, it would have been an honest mistake.

You know I had know idea who those two were until I looked it up and wow walk about ripping off Gojira big time they're designs looked extremely similar to one of the older Godzilla suits but still nice work

Jiras actually was an old Godzilla suit that they remodeled for Ultraman. Tsuburaya likely did it as an homage to Big G, seeing as they helped make him.
