Kaiju from Ultraman... Jirass should be well known, youβll find the original Ultraman English dub series on YouTube. Less than 40, 29 maybe 39... Itβs been a few months. And the guy they say whoβs name is βItoβ (EE-TOE) actually Ide (EE-DAY). I didnβt check that until after I was done watching the show, and I was right, they are the same character, I looked it up everywhere and made sure there were pictures to prove that. I guess they didnβt care about pronouncing things right back then when it came to translating, they even pronounced the first enemyβs (did anyone catch that?) name wrong, Itβs Bemular, not.. BEMLUR... Ugh... And fantastic artwork by the way.

Idea: Somebody goes back and digitally replaces all the scene with Zilla in the 1998 movie with Jirass. That way, that line in GMK about us Americans getting the monster confused with Godzilla is less insulting.

Gomess, the purple monster, is from the Ultra Q series, which was the precursor to Ultraman, but he eventually found his way into the other Ultra series starting in Mega Monster Battle NEO:ultra.wikia.com/wiki/Gomess
Jirass, the green, crested one, first appeared in Ultraman and has never been seen since then, but has made a few cameos:ultra.wikia.com/wiki/Jirass
Both are (in)famous for being made from recycled Godzilla suits.
