Height: 35 meters
Length: 120 meters
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Bio: In the second ever kaiju attack to hit Japan, only one year after Gojira 1, three kaiju roamed a large portion of Japan’s countryside. Anguirus, a massive dinosaur of unknown species, and two Mega Pterosaurs, Rodan and Radan, emerged from a mine outside of Osaka.

Anguirus emerged an hour after Rodan and Radan, but quickly tried to locate them after being attacked by the Japanese military. It is common knowledge that Anguirus and Rodan have a friendship today, but it thought that they had one even before emerging from the mine.
Anguirus was quick to defend the egg laid by Rodan and Radan from the moment he located the two, but even protected Rodan and Radan personally. As military tried to kill the Pterosaurs and their egg, Anguirus fended them off by either swatting them with his tail or by jumping through the air in a tight ball and smashing into military weapons.
After the male Pterosaur, Radan, and its egg were destroyed by military Anguirus and Rodan retreated to the sea and to an island now known as Monster Island. It was this island that Anguirus, Rodan, and Gojira 3 became allies and formed friendship.

While originally thought to have been a Ankylosaur of some kind, it’s now thought that Anguirus is a previously unknown kind of dinosaur that is still living within the Hollow Earth. While Anguirus shares the spikes and shell-like back of an Ankylosaur, his head is more like that of a carnivorous dinosaur and his body plan more like a crocodilian or even a rhinoceros. He is also semi-aquatic like most surfacing Hollow Earth kaiju, while all known Hollow Earth Ankylosaurs are not.

Yeah, I know, I didn't draw the spikes. And yeah, it's because I was lazy and didn't really feel like planing that out or shading them. But I kind like how it looks more like and armor-ish shell. I was kind of thinking lizard armadillo rather than spiky dinosaur for it anyway.

I'm honestly REALLY happy with this one though because for some reason I've always had a hard time drawing Anguirus and I actually drew this one from memory. I didn't want to fuck with his design TOO much because I really always loved Anguirus' design felt like it was basically perfect as is. I kind of wish I had taken the time to draw the spikes but what ever.As for the story I basically mixed Rodan with Godzilla Raids Again and just replaced Godzilla with Rodan and made them friends instead of enemies. I like that. I dunno.
