So, as for, where the hell do I start? Ah, after the appearances of Godzilla and Kobagura, new religions were formed all over the globe, dedicated, in one way or another, to these beasts. One of these religions was the Church of Red Evangelicalism, or for short, Mouson Rouge (Which may seem as a coincidence later on.) At first the Mouson Rouge didn't really anything when compaired to some of the other kaiju-based religions. Hell, even churches dedicated to "Guardian Kaiju" that have shown no intention of harm, were much more preachy and shoved their beliefs in everyone's face, meanwhile Mouson Rouge spoke of "New Impact" and "Third Genesis" (sometimes interchangeably) and they were one of the more tame organizations out there.

Eventually as a result of more and more Kaiju attacks, an organization rose from the ashes and they called themselves Alma. Eventually through public vote, the UN was no longer the commanding organization for IKARUS and was replaced by Alma. Alma was now responsible for IKARUS' funding, projects, as well as answering to the public. Something seemed a bit off toIshiro Seriawa
