Salve! I re-scaned it so it's all better now! no more funky shadows!!!anywhoo~ it's Russia from hetalia!!! fwe~ He's one of my favorites!! ((everyone's her favorite)) hee hee I like drawing flag-poles~ you can do so much with them!
