Ii loved Ronno since this movie came out. I practiced drawing him and Bambi in highschool, but didn't really get a good grasp on it. So I'd love to try again and get good at it. I used a reference for the body and expression, but hopefully as I get better I won't need to use a reference. Ronno is so cute! I don't like bullies but something about him is super cute. His color design now reminds me of Kovu though.Related content

deers are hard cuz their legs are so stick thin. just use a reference!

deer and horses have such subtle differences, It will take some practice to get it right. I love deer! I'm gona try to draw them more often when I'm less busy

cool! I watch Bambi 2 a lot, mostly due to having a two-year old sister who won't watch anything other than Kung Fu Panda, Little Mermaid, or MLP:FiM. Seriously. The best time to get her to watch it is in the car.
