When I watched the intro for BO2, I wondered why the hell he has his armour and clothes still on for 200 yrs.
I wondered how Umah took care of him then during these years.
This drawing is just silly humour, I do not support any sort of pairing shites

Of course she wasn't the only, Vorador's brides also tried digging in Kain's pants but he killed them, also the Seer was visibly interested in Kain, called him her dark prince though she seen him for a fre minutes only.
Guess that was all the game's programming allowed, but still made one wondering why was Kain taken to bed for 200 years with his arm plates and greaves on, if that was Umah's responsibility she wasn't a pro in nursing

Oh yes all the women wants to rape Kain for sure, the Seer when she said that lines, I was thinking, Kain did you will kill her? She looks like she didn't see a man from centuries xS, if the Seraphan lord was not there she will probably ask Kain for having sex!

Yes Vorador's brides wants Kain, they wants to see an another mens, I wonder how Vorador would be appreciates this! But don't worry Vorry likes Kain, he amuses him!

Maybe the Seer had only those skeletal flying demons around and was happy to finally see a real man.
I didn't found the Seer annoying, maybe she wanted Kain into her bed for a night but didn't wanted anything more from him. In Umah's case her whole presence around Kain and that rubbish queen-line were foreshowing a relationship which would have been endlessly out of character, even if Kain killed her, he should have done it much earlier before she did harm to his character.
I don't think Vorador cared with whoever take his brides to bed, guess those women jumped at every men who entered that mansion. Vorador didn't bothered with their death so probably wouldn't cared if his guests got some pleasure if they had a taste for demonic creatures.

In all seriousness, I got the impression that Kain was in a cave somewhere at the bottom of that ravine for those 200 years, and so no one was with him or even knew he was still "alive." Umah and the rest of the vampire club found him shortly before the events of Blood Omen 2. We join the story when he's waking up.

I never thought of what really happened to him or how he was found, it was just weird he was laying in bed with his pauldron and arm and leg plates on.

It was a bit funny the intro said he was in coma for 200 years, but had the same clothes on he worn in the battle. Haha enough to undress him one time, and leave him like that
