Well done, and yes he does look evil, not at all friendly. Actually this painting kind of surprised me because it's not done with your usual color scheme. But when I looked at it the second time I noticed all the blood and guts smeared around the bottom.

Thank you. I don't really get why friendliness became an issue about this guy, it's just weird. Haha that's what bothered me a lot when making this work, I left it on pending for 2 months as I wasn't pleased with it, then realized it's all about the colours, it was plain browns and blues and felt powerless. Then came the idea of blood sacrifise and it was finished easily once I found what the concept was missing.Β

Interesting idea, also if this suppose to be an interpretation of Bane the Druid it's quite neat. The attire is a little too out of place compared to his previous getup as it looks too dark and intimidating. It's very good though.Β

Thank you. Blood Omen is a good source for artworks, the characters have very less graphic details and leaving a lot of freedom to the imagination. Found no concept art of Bane and the CGI image of the character wasn't much help so rather gave him an own design that fits the character and the wickedness of the world he's from.Β

This may sound silly, but I think the druid looks friendly. Their fierce clothing implies they are hostile, but their body language looks welcoming. Their relaxed, wide spread arms look like they're waving to someone they haven't seen in a long time. Standing on the rock, along with their straight legs and back make it seem like they are just making sure their friend sees them. The last thing I see is that the mask gives them a wide-eyed, neutral expression that appears to be innocent and happy like a child.
...But I'm not going over to them to find out.

Sure nothing is friendlier than this guy on a sacrifice altar-like rock with some blood on it welcoming you as the "special guest" for the dinner party

oh I wouldn't be using the image itself but draw inspiration from it. Β I never outrightly steal something I'd draw my own image but use yours as an example of what I could do. Β Nothing more than that but I will take a look at the link you provided.

He doesn't look like your regular druid, among the trees and performing rituals, he's on a rock of blood, hee hee maybe a more evil druid! very well done!
