Do you have trouble matching the hues of blue from the chest plate to the blue of the clothes? Random question i know hahah

It wasn't any trouble for the chest plate. I actually already had a metallic blue paint that was the perfect color ^^ For the dress it was a bit hard to find the perfect light blue color for Sachi.

It's not too expensive. I got a big container of it for $30 dollars. It has enough fiberglass resin to make quite a few chest plates. It can just be hard to work with xD

The death of Sachi was pretty shocking! Sure Kirito got much of his will to fight from that incident but I would at least wish the didn't die so early in the series!
