Thank you lord for finally letting me upload something decent before February ended. I would've felt like major shit then.About ze Art: The ripples of the water are quite soothing. (: I felt really calm doing this pic rather than my usual speedy and jittery self.
Anyway, I drew this after I heard this beautiful song by Thelma Aoyama which is called Wasurenai yo

This is a very nice piece that shows a lovely array of talent and a skills for digital. What really strikes out on first appearance is the fluent anatomy of the character, the take on working more with human characteristics is very well explored and helps a great deal in telling the language of the character. What's more is that you've shown a good know how of the anatomy and working with limbs along with the combination of cartoonish aspects added as well. Though good there are some areas that feel weak or do not come across as strong as they could. The feet for one feel too flat and this might be the way you've shaded them but they appear very much 2d rather than oval.
Colouring is good, it feels that more could be done in the learning of new techniques and effects, but for what you have is strong. It has potentials if worked more on.
