New commissioned pic from your favorite Sonic Fan and artistHey, remember that last pic, where Amy Rose and Rouge the Bat were beating the snot out of Ty? Remember how I KINDA implied Sonic would soon get his revenge?
Yeah, I was not kidding.
To put this in some context (because some of you may be wondering why Ty has been getting an ass whooping in these pics) back in the heyday of the PS2, Xbox and Gamecube, there were a LOT of mascot games. One series, featuring Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, had a tv and magazine ad where it was implied Ty had beaten up Sonic, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon so badly, they ended up in the hospital in body casts.
That takes balls, actually, you have to admit, to go after the big fish like that....
...and fast foward to now. Sonic is part of the Smash Bros games and Sonic Mania, a game not developed by Sonic Team is a hit, and Crash Bandicoot along with Spyro get HD remasters (and a Netflix series, I shit you not) And Ty?
...
Bubsy got a new game before him. BUBSY.

I remember those old "Ty" ads actually. They're very hilarious & ironic in hindsight, as the characters they tried to make him look "cooler" then are still around, more beloved, and such.

Well Ty DID get a new set of games, but he's nowhere near the household name of Sonic, nor did his return generate as much hype as Crash and Spyro.Β
Considering it's an EA-published game, it's what the little shit deserves.

...if you can even call it that. It's not much more than a model swap of Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. Billionsoft either went really greedy with the game or has no idea how gaming works in terms of the amount of content.
