The only think you need for that is a Ditto that come from a other country... The best thing to do is of course to get one from someone who have the Ditto in his Safari Zone (those have better IVs)

I know the feel, damn i walked into a shiny patch of grass then i ran into the living room screaming like the scary maze lady ( this was on holiday) and all my cousins were lookin at me like.....that kid has problems.
