Of course I had to throw in some original monsters! Not the least reason because there are many cool kinds of turtles that have not yet gotten Zelda representation. This takes inspiration from a few things for sure, Zorah Magdaraos and Fury Koopa at least. Of course there's so many fun alternate horn patterns I could have used, these things are the best turtles.
The tricky part in doing originals is you want them to tie in nicely with the others so it's not a nonsequitur.. that requires careful naming conventions AND thematic connections.. so here, if kameiwa is a big old temple entrance, this puppy gets to be a walking miniature evil castle (though still huge, but smaller than a real castle. Like I'm thinking he'd be about 40-50 feet tall and Link would have to climb all over and break parts off and maybe drop ice in his weak open lava spots)
