Peace looks tired, which is understandable, poor thing is a bit mistreated these days.

War reminds me of the guy in the trailer of Fallout: New Vegas, but that may be just me ^^

If you don't mind my asking, how do you get the colors to look so vibrant during the transfer to the computer? Do you use a high quality scanner/camera and lighting, or do you tweak it in and editing program afterwards?
I'm running into so much trouble with this part of the process.

(my english it's not very good, sorry if something I write doesn't make sense) I have a normal Scan, in the computer options I put it in color and 300 ppp and then the only thing that I do next, is open it in photoshop and move a little bit the levels

Beautiful concept. I love the frames to them both and the shading and the way the scarf on the war one mirrors the hair on the peace one. That really ties them both together as one image.
