For this I just took a screen shot from the tv spot "Snow" that I downloaded. I wanted to make the screenshot my laptop background screen but it wasn't hi res enough to look good so I took a page from the book of this guy called messenjahmatt.com and did a cut out filter in Photoshop.

The picture looks almost monochrome - in shades of blue - but that keeps it simple and gentle on the eye. It has a cold, wintery feel to it.
I like how the snowflakes look like they're actually travelling in a specific direction, instead of just falling down gently, so it looks like there is a wind blowing.
Overall, it's a lovely piece of artwork, especially since it features one of my favorite Star Wars characters. Great job!

Really? Wow, that's a fail on my part!
I assumed it was ash, and that the landscape had pretty much been destroyed by the Apprentice (the Stormtroopers turned into similar-looking ash flakes).
