Nii-sama is spelled with two i's. Onii-sama is the same, but more respectful, because the "o" in front is an honorific prefix, although you don't need both 'o' and 'sama'.
Oni-sama spelled with a single 'i' basically means honorable demon. Oni is demon, and "sama" is a respect suffix.
