I'm running out of interesting title names. D:Anyway, this is just the pic I'm using for Anderson's character profile on MLKFAA. ;3 He's obviously younger here that what I normally draw him.

Well the clouds were brushes I had installed on Photoshop, so there isn't any tips I can give you there. I used this tutorial somewhat for the rock:[link] and the blue sky is just gradient shading. x3

Mainly the eyes. Just draw them larger to make things look younger and larger for an older look. =3

Really? I'm not much of an artist, but I thought you drew the nose shorter and the fur on the cheeks shorter in this pic to make him look younger.

I think making the eyes bigger makes his nose seem shorter. I did draw his muzzle a bit smaller and his ears a bit bigger though. xD It's kinda hard to pinpoint exactly what makes a character look younger or older.

I don't do full backgrounds often cause they take quite awhile to finish..but they do make the pic look waaayyy better in the end. You should do some yourself though.
