SO Briomon was supposed to be Antauri's baby, but it looked fat and so it became Kai's baby. XD Antauri does have a way with digimon, especially Briomon, so he probably asked Briomon to put on a bow and help him out in being like a cute wingman for this.

I really love this guy he's such a freaking adorable dude.
