Quirk: Decay

decays everything Shimura touches with all five of his finger tips. (he wears artist gloves to avoid that)

Fighting style: (close combat expert). light footed, quick maneuvers, uses his opponent's momentum against them.

elbow strikes, knee punches, (rarely) close fist punches, reinforced by the spikes on his elbows, knuckles and knees.

Support items used: lasso rope thrown over his chest (to capture long range opponents with, and force them into close combat... and to tie up villains).

his belt buckle is a grapple hook, (has rolled up rope and a pulling mechanism), which allows him to quickly climb buildings...

smoke bombs fixed to his belt (for a quick escape, or to approach a long range fighter without them noticing)

shuriken stars hidden in the folds of his belt.

kunai throwing knives fixed to the straps around his knees...

brass knuckles fixed to his artist gloves, and similar spikes on straps fixed to his elbows and knees.
