I like what you did with the background on this page, these red-black spheres. I like this effect. Also, nice work on the central character, maybe expect for it's thumb, it doesn't look natural somehow. Hands, unfortunately, needs a lot of practice and no one is able to escape it. The facial expressions are looking natural.

There are of course "buts". Naruto's marks are missing, same for his right ear, Sakura's upper part of her skull looks like it has been cut. Unless the character is looking up, which I really don't see there. I also think that Ino's face is a little too round - she's rather the type of slender girl, who's dieting a lot. So, circural "full" face really doesn't fit her in my opinion.
