hes actually painting using the water from the rain though I got a bit lazy and didn't draw the rain

LOL ^__^ thing is hes painting in the middle of no where No walls what so ever so hes painting with air as his canvas and water as his paint ;;.... Then again this guy fights almost using similar brush strokes to the one found in Okami
