This doze off posture doesn't look natural and it seems that she was petrified into a statue, don't tell me there's a gorgon in that book... When people fell asleep while reading, they would slouch in their chair with their heads down. I think a more comfortable chair is needed like a lounge chair if you want to maintain femininity and try look up for lounging or doze off references for better understanding. Don't just execute things awkwardly, keep it natural.
