You can get there by the flamsbana-train 
the name of this waterfall is Kjosfossen, and the train makes a stop to let the passengers take photographs of it

That is gorgeous! It looks like an ideal spot for a high dynamic range capture. I'd love to try - if I ever make it to Norway, I'll have to ask you how to get there
