Description
This is my character from our LOTR rp that we started a little while ago. His name is Barak, and he is a shade, meaning he was possessed by an evil spirit, and a shaman from Rhun. His age is difficult to pin down, and harder to explain. His human vessel was born at the end of the First Age. At 27 he was possessed by the spirit, which is 8,552 years old, and he existed in that form for 4,574 years before the game started, technically making his human body 4,601 years old. Complicated, ne? He has a simple walking staff that he uses to channel his shamanic magic, but can further defend himself with his twin curved swords or dark shade magic that he does not need any item to channel it through save his clawed hands. The bronze ring on his right index finger has a shard of the Philosopher's Stone in it, which aids him by allowing him to create the elements he wishes to control and not having to rely upon the elements around him (for example, if there was no fire around, he could still use a fire spell).

Once they arrived in Rivendell, Elrond gave him a moonstone amulet to amplify his shamanic magics (but not his shade magics, as he does not support them), which he tied to his staff. However, I drew this before he was given that, so it is not included.

The game takes place in Middle Earth just after the First War of the Ring. Three travelers meet in the town of Bree and are brought together by fate to save the land.
