This is fanart done for the fic Respect and Underatanding on fanfiction.net. It's by RonsmyHero, if anyone wants to check it out.Basicall, Kakashi was watching Sakura and this other girl train and got a nosebleed from it. (there was a picture in his book where two busty kunoichi were katana fighting, and his dirty mind linked sakura to it, lol) Anyway, after Sakura so kindly leant him a hankerchief, she realized it was a nosebleed about HER, and well...she's not happy.
