There was the back landing platform, they had Rotta, the door was sealed, why couldn't they all leave?
Even in the book, Rex and Cody both agreed the whole operation could've gone ALOT better.
By the time it was over, there were like... 6 clones left or some rediculous number like that.

in theory clones were tried give more time for jedi, because rescue for small hutt was the most important things in mission. but it's rather stupid of makers (great geniuses, you killed them all!), than Anakin -_- especially he was one of jedi, who really cares about clones, and if somedoby give him to choose: clones or hutt, for sure he would take clones. in book, if i correct remember he wanted back to his soldiers, but he couldn't.
