Alright, I don't think there are any more bugs; we're ready for primetime!This one's pretty hard. The series isn't going to get any harder than this, I don't think. Still, we'll see.
Well, enjoy. Oh, and don't ask me for help. You won't get any.

** bug report **
* with left-top human - go right, eat carrot, puke it, puke bees - little bug goes out,
then after falling down and taking the stick - little bug goes out again
* another one with spider - if u land it when the craw is getting back - it drops and disappear.

As always, your animations live up to the excellent standard, and you have produced yet another master piece for you gallery.
If just realised that this series was not in my favourites, but they are now
One piece of critque I'd like to add to this one however... its something small but its been bugging me a little. On the bottom left, where the water moves up and down slightly, the top part has a dark outline. However, as the water moves, the outline doesn't really move at the same speed as the water, and if you look carefully it lifts above the water. You can then see some of the black background and its looks unnatural. I think that makes sense! 
However, this is just an awesome devation, and all of deviantART's Flash artists should be looking at you as their inspiration.

I know the water doesn't line up perfectly, but since you can only really see it if you zoom in, and there isn't a zoom in button, I figured no-one would notice. It's even more pronounced in Hapland 2, when you make the current flow right. (Or was it left?)

I think the reason it wasn't picked up in Hapland too was because the background was a similar colour. However, as this is during the night, its a little more obvious. However, it rocks

ive also noticed, that if you eat both carrots, play with the shield (dont touch the bomb and arrow) and then leave it on the arrow and move the man to the right, and then move the other man to the other side of the water to shoot the plank, the man pukes everything out, incluing the shield and the mine bomb.
is this meant to happen?

I'm not quite sure, I was a little confused by your description.

eat the carrot, click the lever man, go to the right side of the plank, click the lever man x2 (to go past the bomb), eat the carrot, click lever man, play with the shield, click lever man x2 to bring up arrow, undo lever switch and go to the other side of water, click the lever man to fire, and the dude on the plank vomits, the vomit keeps changing - carrot, mine, rock, shield

Oh! Yes, he does. And I thought I'd found all the bugs, too. Ah, well. That's one of only two that've been reported, both of which are harmless. I did better than with Hapland 2!
