Scraped Idea. No longer the Water Starter!Dex: Nerampoi(Protagonist Pokemon) was one thought to not exist and only appeared in legends and fairy tails. This pokemon was said to be the hero of those stories, saving humans and pokemons and defeating the evil villain. The are popular among little girls, not only because of their attractive appearance but also because of their protective nature.
