Huhuhuh Mario,,,,, why dontcha take a break and relax a little,,,,,, here,, havea drink on me!

Tipsy the Uproot. He's a little inebriated at the moment, this guy just likes to party waaay to hard- and too often! Hopefully he's not TOO out of it to help out Mario on his journey!

Tipsy's ability is too stretch his legs up so Mario can reach spots or items too high for him normally, basically he acts like the Ultra Boots from TTYD or Luigi's ability from SPM. In battle he can can easily reach enemies hiding in tough to reach spots like the ceiling, and when defending can damage enemies that try to attack him with his trusted spiky helmet.

Attacks:
Tip Trip- Tipsy walks over and falls on top of an enemy, damaging them with his spiky helmet.
*Root Launch- Tipsy walks up to an enemy and launches them into the air with his long legs.
**Spiky Shield- Tipsy can give his spiky helmet to Mario, boosting Mario's defense and damaging enemies that attack him physically (but leaving himself vulnerable for a couple of turns before his shell grows back)
***Happy Hour- Tipsy parties with the enemies and shares drinks with them all, leaving all enemies in the field with a dizzy debuff while healing himself a small amount.

Previously the #1 patron at the local Tiki bar, he was forced to find new sources of indulgence when the bar tender cut him off for good! He follows Mario because he wants to follow wherever a party goes, but maybe Mario can help him shake off his destructive drinking habits!

Also I couldn't think of a good pun-name for an Uproot..... if you guys have any better suggestions I'm all ears
