I dont know where it came from. I just got this idea out of nowhere of Splinter taking them out for a walk in the city at night when it's dark and ..yeah. I havent decided which turtle is which, but the one at the front that is pulling at Splinter's hand is probably little Raph x) and for some reason I imagine the second one being Leo.
