Description
So, is a pretty rad dude. He has this girl, named Suki Carina, who is a teacher at a fictional school. She teaches English, but also has an Inflation Club, and in one of his more recent drawings (Well it's not that recent, but it got a sequel that he's super proud of) Chisa cameoed in the school uniform. I finally decided to do something about that, and thus Chisa Epsilon, Disenfranchised Student was born!

This is not technically a form of Chisa, just a new outfit, but it also comes with a restriction. No magic is used by her when in this outfit (Because Suki hates/doesn't understand magic) and she's just basically a student. A student who feels like no one particularly cares about what she does or who she is, but a student none the less. She carries around a jacket not because she is afraid of shifting to male by accident (Which she is prone to do when she gets really nervous) but because she got into a fight with one of her classmates, and refuses to give it back until he can beat her in a fight. She always has a lollipop in her mouth, chewing on the stick and pretending to smoke it while at Lunch, and acts the punk in classes. However, she does pay attention and learn very well, her grades all As, and even has time to practice her inflation, in hopes of impressing Ms. Carina, on who she has a minor crush.
