No, this isn't another form of Chisa Epsilon, so don't ask.

Miss Kamuni-Lane here is the Dragon to Dr. Lane of The Amazing Transforming Magical Girl: Tsuki (known from here on out as TATMG: T) and has a pretty scary powerset. She views herself as a monster over it, but never lets that get in the way of being a taunting super-confident sounding girl. She likes to call all girls with powers 'Sister' for some reason, just like she calls all guys with powers 'brother,' except for Kazuya. She always comes off as an evil version of the Cool Big Sis Cliché, but really she's just afraid of letting people get close to her due to her powers making her uncertain if niceness towards her is due to her genuinely connecting with a person, or because she accidentally got eye contact and they're being subtlety controlled by her. She only directly interacts with Tsuki and Kazuya, the main heroes, twice in the first season, but usually is the one to transmit Dr. Lane's orders to the 'Metagene Lottery Winner of the Week' as I'm referring them as. In fact, she looks like the big bad until the 12 and 13th episodes reveal Dr. Lane.

Season 2 actually delves more into Chisa's private life, living on the moon with her mother who seems to be constantly babbling about things that make sense only to her, and her "dad" Dr. Lane. She ends up talking a lot with Professor Komoji, revealing her fears, her desires, and basically how she feels out of place in society. She eventually comes to the horrifying realization that her "dad" is actually a Step-Father who had been lying to her about how she was born, what was 'wrong' with her mother (Her mother is actually being drugged to be in the state, and not a mental disorder or PTSD) and a slew of other problems. She decides to break out the Professor, rescue her mother, who was dating Professor Komoji and turns out to be her real dad, and Kazuya who was captured near the end of Season one but hidden from the viewers so we assumed he died.

Season 3, which is far more up in the air, leads with Chisa leaving for College and deciding to learn Genetics like her father, but mostly just doesn't bug her little sister, Tsuki, now that the family is back together, though is still around to help her into the superhero she wants to be.
