Description So it's TFI season around here, and I entered this year. Yay for me. Here's my entry featuring getting fusioned to Wynona Lindstrom after a minor accident. Wynona's fault for painting so close to the street, I guess.

Edit: I keep forgetting to link to this guy hosting TFI, . So I'm doing that now.

Edit 2: No one made notice of it, but cameos by 's Katelyn and 's Shinsa. I actually had a plan to have two cameos per round, one of someone who was in the competition and one who was not, but it didn't happen for Round 2 because of reasons I go into on THAT deviation. Not to mention the cameos in this round turned out so small I kinda worry that they're not that great.. Ah well.

I love the end result, Kaku! And I like how it went out two... something about the simplicity of fusing by mashing two people together somehow is just... just... awesome!

Well that's not exactly what happened. Wynona's Morpher Ability is that she's basically Paint that walks like a confused Teenager, so what happened was she fell on Tofia, and they fused because her paint got into Tofia's fur. @.@

Well, this is def. a great work alright, but I have to agree with Balloonprincess, the flow of the sequences is tricky to figure out what's happening in that comic and all! Still, overalls, it's a great job on the comic!

Very cool!

Impressive that you rendered the street for the background and with a good job on the perspective too.  The only concern with this is the flow of the sequences which is a little tricky to figure out what's happening.

Thank you. I really had a vision in mind for the end result. Sorry the comic's a bit muddy in the portrayal. It sounded easier in my head htan it did on paper.

My pleasure!

No worries.  It can be very tricky to make an idea flow, whether you are writing, drawing, or animating.  Gawd knows I have had this happen many a time, especially when at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design.)  You are often given a deadline and have to come up with a winning idea.  Execution is often inspired through delight and excitement over the idea and then as you get to the end ... it pops like a balloon.  This is one of the reasons I don't often enter contests unless I have three ideas I think might work.

What I would suggest is next time, try doing a few roughs of the idea.  Do a few pages with different angles of the character and showing the action.  Then pick the idea you like.  If you can sit on the idea and work on another for a bit, that might help.  Taking yourself away from the idea for a few hours might allow you to see if the idea is still clear and works for you.
