Description
Of all Arterious experiments, 72B section were the most "successful" The only ones to make it past their expected "hatch" day. Although most did not survive long past that XXI Has shown an astounding ability to survive.Cynder was created with the power of dark power stored in crystals.
XXI was created with the power of both light and dark crystals.
I may expand on this character later.... or I might not... *shrug*
*and I'm still not sure I like the lightning on his tail.
