Finally managed to finish a picture! Agh... I am hating my academic life so hard right now.Anyhoo, Vortex, ruler of weather and stuff! He's one of the new Danny Phantom villains. The ep was mediocre, but it had its moments. And for some reason I just wanted to draw Vortex XD

The episode was medicore sans the Vlad/Danny moment, but in essence, considering how I currently think Season 3 is mostly blah, Torrent of Terror was one of the better ones.
