Description
Last summer I learned how to weave a rattan basket on a plywood base. I wanted to decorate this base with a knotwork design because this basket is going to be used in a medieval/fantasy LARP setting.
I sketched the intertwined bands on paper, transferred them using carbon paper and finally traced and shaded them with a pyrography pen.

The finished basket looks fairly average - not bad, but not upload-worthy either. So I think showing the bottom plate is enough.
